Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email, phone (if you fill it in), the type of project, estimated budget, timeline and message.
For the site statistics, without cookies, we store for each page viewed: the page address, the site you came from, the device type, the browser, the operating system and the country. Your IP address is not stored: from it and your browser we compute a fingerprint that changes every day, so we can count visits without being able to recognise you from one day to the next.
We use no third-party statistics, advertising or tracking services. We do not build profiles and we do not sell data.
Why we use it
To reply and to prepare a quote, at your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The statistics show us which pages are read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); the statistics data does not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep requests sent through the form for 12 months from receipt, so we can pick up the conversation if you write again, then they are deleted automatically. If you want them deleted sooner, write to us at [email protected].
We keep visit statistics for two years, so we can compare months across years, then they are deleted automatically.
If we work together, the data we need goes into the contract and invoices, which we keep for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Requests are stored on the site's server and reach us by email. The providers of these services process them only on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict processing, to receive it in a portable form, and you can object to processing. Write to us at [email protected].
If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
