Terms

Last updated: 31 October 2026

The rules for using webzio.ro and for working together, written as plainly as we could. If anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected].

Who we are

webzio.ro is operated by MCO-PXL GAMES SRL, registered office Str. Mașiniștilor nr. 92, ap. 2, Sibiu, jud. Sibiu, Trade Register no. J2026055501000 (EUID ROONRC.J2026055501000), tax ID (CUI) 55628550. Webzio is the name under which we offer web design and development services.

You can reach us at [email protected]. Quotes and replies also come by email.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone using the site and to quote requests sent through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Projects and maintenance plans are based on a written quote and a contract signed by both sides. Where the contract says something different from these terms, the contract applies.

Where we say "consumer", we mean an individual who does not work with us for the purposes of their business or profession. Consumers also have the rights given by the laws that protect them, which these terms do not limit.

How we use your data is set out on the privacy page, and which cookies we use, on the cookies page.

Using the site

You can read the site, share links to it and write to us through the form.

You may not try to access the parts of the site that are not public, slow it down or block it, send automated messages or spam through the form, or copy its content automatically to publish it elsewhere.

We keep the site online and up to date, but it may be unavailable for short periods, for technical reasons or during maintenance.

Quote requests

Through the contact form you tell us what you want to build. What you send must be true, and texts or files must be yours or you must have the right to send them.

A request does not commit you to anything. Nor us: we may turn down a project, for example if it would break the law or someone else's rights, or if it does not fit what we do.

The quote comes by email. If you also left a phone number, we may call when we need to clarify something.

Quote and contract

The quote says what the project includes, what it costs, how long it takes, in which stages it is done and how it is paid. It is valid for the period stated in it; after that, price and timeline may change.

Work starts once we sign the contract (an electronic signature is fine) and after the first payment, if the quote includes one.

For anything not in the quote, such as extra features or pages or a major change of direction, we first tell you what it costs and how long it takes. We only work on it once you agree.

At the end you review what we delivered. Anything that does not match the quote we fix at no extra cost, within the period stated in the contract.

Prices, invoices and payment

Prices on the site are in Romanian lei. MCO-PXL GAMES SRL is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

For maintenance, the prices on the Care page on the day you choose a plan apply. We do not show prices for projects, because each one is different: the price is the one in your quote.

We issue invoices through the Romanian RO e-Factura system and send them by email. You pay them into the account and by the date shown on the invoice.

If an invoice remains unpaid, after notifying you by email we may pause work or maintenance until it is paid. Project deadlines move by the length of the pause.

Maintenance (Webzio Care)

Plans are paid monthly or yearly; paying yearly gets you 10% off. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, by email.

Each plan includes a number of hours of changes per month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Extra work costs 200 lei per hour, billed in quarter hours, and we only do it once you agree.

For a site we did not build, we start with an audit, at the price on the Care page.

Maintenance greatly lowers the risk of problems, but cannot remove it: new attacks, bugs in platforms or plugins, or hosting outages can happen. When they do, we deal with them as your plan describes.

If we change the price of a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel at no cost before the change takes effect.

Working together

For the project to keep to schedule, we need the texts, images, logo and access we ask for on time, and your answer to the options we send you. If these are late, deadlines move by the same amount of time.

You are responsible for the materials you give us: they must be yours or you must have the right to use them. For images and texts we choose, we make sure they can be used legally.

What we learn about your business during the project (data, access, plans) is used only for the project and not passed on, unless the law requires it. When we have access to your customers' data, we sign a data processing agreement together, as GDPR requires.

Accounts and providers

The domain, hosting, Cloudflare, Google Analytics and the other project accounts are in your name and remain yours. We only get the access we need to work, and you can revoke it at any time.

Platforms, themes, plugins and paid services (for example Shopify, plugin licences or hosting) have their own terms and prices. You pay the providers directly, unless the quote says otherwise. We are not responsible for these providers' outages or for changes to their prices and rules.

Rights to the work

Once paid in full, the delivered site or app is yours: you may use, change and publish the design, the texts written for you and the code made specifically for the project, with no limit in time or territory. The contract states exactly which rights we assign to you.

Until full payment, the rights to the work remain ours.

What existed before the project remains its owners': open-source platforms and plugins, under their licences, and the general tools and pieces of code we use across projects. You may use the latter without limit in your project.

We may show the project in our portfolio, with screenshots and a short description, only with your consent. We never publish confidential data.

Content of webzio.ro

The texts, design, code, name and logo of Webzio belong to MCO-PXL GAMES SRL and are protected by copyright law. You may quote them briefly, with a link to the source; any other use needs our written consent.

Project screenshots are published with our clients' consent, and their trademarks belong to them. Platform logos (WordPress, Shopify, iOS, Android and the others) belong to their owners and only show what we work with, not a partnership.

The site also links to other sites, for example to ANPC. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

What the site says is general information about our services. For a project, the quote and the contract are what count.

We are liable for our services as set out in the contract and the law. Unless agreed otherwise, our total liability for a project or a plan is limited to the amount paid for it in the last 12 months and does not include indirect losses, such as lost profit.

We are not liable for problems caused by providers we do not control (hosting, platforms, payment services), by changes made to the site by someone else without telling us, or by force majeure.

These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor to other cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited, and they do not restrict your rights as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and we sign the contract at a distance, for example by email only, you can withdraw from it within 14 days of signing, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected].

If you ask us to start work within these 14 days and then withdraw, you only pay for the part done until you told us.

If, at your express request, we complete the service before the 14 days are up and you confirmed you know that you lose the right of withdrawal this way, you can no longer withdraw.

Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, write to us at [email protected] and we will try to sort it out directly, amicably.

If you are a consumer, you can also use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the ANPC platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro

These terms and our contracts are governed by Romanian law. Disputes we cannot settle amicably go to the competent courts at the registered office of MCO-PXL GAMES SRL, in Sibiu. If you are a consumer, you may also go to the court where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date of the last update. Changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already signed.
